Randall and his top notch team, did a exceptional quality of work on my taxes after I found out that the other company that I used did a poor job, working with him made it streamlined and accessible from working overseas and meet my expectations with getting a refund instead of paying taxes, I would highly recommend him and his team.

For any US citizen living overseas, I would highly recommend using Randall for preparing your income taxes. He is familiar with all the finer details involved in filing both state and federal returns when it comes to living overseas. He provides great customer service. Unfortunately, I found many NZ/US tax specialists in NZ have a hard time answering emails, returning calls, and just responding to simple questions. However, Randall is very customer focused, always answers emails, and goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Everyone of my many questions got answered right away or within the next day. His service is superb and will out perform any tax agency here in NZ.

Randall, Connie and team are excellent! They are responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I am a US citizen working overseas. It is a relief to hand over my taxes to Randall. I know he is keeping up with the latest changes to tax laws and policy, so I don’t have to worry about it. The Tax Samaritan process is relatively painless. Previously I worked with another tax accountant whose forms were so long and tedious, it took me days to fill out. Randall Brody did way more of service that expected…beyond the call of duty!!! I must have sent over 50 emails asking questions and not only did he respond to EVERY one of them, he responded extremely fast (in some emails it was within minutes). He provided all the information I needed. However, there was the way that he responded that made me take noticed. His emails were very warm and respectful. I hate to say this but this is not what I was expecting from normal US services (from my experience not very good). This makes Randall a special case and strongly recommended. I came in completely blind on how to resolve my compliance and taxes. Mr. Brody lead me all the way to the finish line. If it was not about taxes, I would almost call him a friend and a mentor as that is how the relationship came out to be. All I can say is WOW! Amazing and Randall is the person to solve all your needs!!!
