Client Transformation Success Manager
The Client Transformation Success Manager is at the forefront of redefining how clients experience tax and financial services. This role focuses on fostering deep client relationships, delivering value-driven solutions, and ensuring measurable success through personalized tax planning, wealth management integration, and transformation-focused strategies.
A core element of this role is providing Esurance. This philosophy prioritizes creating simple, transparent, and frictionless client experiences. Esurance is not just about efficiency; it’s about fostering trust, providing clients peace of mind, and ensuring that every interaction delivers lasting value.
In collaboration with the Client Excellence Manager and other team members, you’ll help drive continuous improvements in service delivery while empowering clients to achieve their financial goals through innovation, empathy, and proactive planning.
Client Transformation Excellence Manager
The Client Transformation Excellence Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence by managing client engagement, tracking key performance metrics, and leading a results-oriented team. This role prioritizes the measurement and improvement of WIP (Work in Progress) and AHR (Average Hourly Rate), ensuring client outcomes and team efficiency align with our transformation-focused mission.
